When Jordan Turner (Berry) answers the emergency phone call of a teenage girl who has just been abducted (played by Abigail Breslin, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE), she realizes that the kidnapper is the same man who killed another young woman whose emergency call she answered — a girls whose ultimate death haunts Jordan to this day.
